All DIVINITY OF AFRICA body jewellery pieces are handmade with semi-precious beads and created with great care.

✨ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • For hygiene and quality reasons, worn body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

✨ Custom & Made-to-Measure Pieces

Custom-made or made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are created specifically for you.

Please make sure to carefully check your measurements before placing your order. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

✨ Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified.
If approved, the refund will be issued excluding shipping costs, using the original payment method.

✨ Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
