Creation time depends on the jewellery piece ordered. Some pieces can be handmade within a few hours, while custom-made creations may require more time and care.

✨Yes, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
* Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
* For hygiene and quality reasons, worn body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
✨All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
